Mobile coffee carts and trucks are not new, but in the past year there has been a renewed focus on non-traditional experiences in coffee consumption. When guests aren't coming to you - or CAN'T come to you - you go to them!
This session will cover the basic pros and cons of adding a mobile unit to your coffee shop, and go through the core considerations for executing design, build out, equipment purchase, set-up, and promoting your mobile business.
